How can I order an additional class picture? To order an additional class picture, there must be class pictures taken for the school. If there were no class pictures taken for the school, we regret that you will not have the option to purchase a class picture. Refer to the “A La Carte” list for the price. Print “one class photo” in the order box on your proof card. Enter the amount in the price column. Enclose total payment and return your order to Gerardy Photography.Proofs are delivered to the school approximately one (1) week after picture day.

What if I lost my proof card? It is not possible for us to replace a lost proof card. However, you may securely view, and place order(s) on our website for your child’s school portraits. On our home page, in the upper left hand corner you can click on “Forgot your password?” and we will email your password to the email address that you used to register. If you have not created an account you will need to fill in the requested information, and click on “Create an Account”. You can scroll through the list (the events are in date order) and find your event or you can use the search boxes at the top of the page to locate your event.Our photography set is designed for school portraits, with only one (1) subject in the photo. All equipment must be compact enough and lightweight to take on location. We strive for studio quality, requiring additional lights and treatment.

Where will my order be delivered/shipped? Orders placed before the return due date will be delivered to the school free of charge or you may select to have your orders shipped to your mailing address (a $5.00 standard shipping fee will be applied and standard shipping within the United States only). Orders received after the return due date will be shipped to your mailing address and a $5.00 standard shipping AND $5.00 handling fee will be applied. All orders received through Share-A-Smile will be shipped to your mailing address. A $5.There are many reasons why people prefer to proof and order portraits online. Number 1 is convenience.
